Inviting Team Members
☰ More → 👥 Team/Family
Anyone helping on your farm can have their own login rather than sharing yours. Their changes sync to everyone, and you can see who did what.
Sending an Invite
- Open ☰ More → 👥 Team/Family
- Invite by email address
- Choose their role — Admin, Editor, or Viewer
- They receive the invite and set up their own account
Invitations stay pending until accepted. If someone doesn't see it, the spam folder is the usual culprit.
Why Not Just Share a Password
Separate logins mean:
- Activity is attributable. "Who logged that treatment?" has an answer.
- Access can be revoked for one person without changing everyone's password.
- Roles can differ — a farm sitter doesn't need to see your finances.
- Nobody's locked out when you change your own password.
Common Setups
| Who | Role |
|---|---|
| Spouse or business partner | Admin |
| Farm hand or older kid doing chores | Editor |
| Weekend farm sitter | Editor, or Viewer if they only need the schedule |
| Vet or mentor reviewing records | Viewer |
Removing Someone
Remove access at any time from the Team screen. Records they created stay — you don't lose a season of chore logs because someone moved on.
