Two separate things live here: shows you're planning to attend, and results from shows you've been to.
Upcoming Shows
Record a show with its date, sanctioning body, entry deadline, and notes.
The entry deadline is the useful part. Entries close weeks before the show, and missing one is a self-inflicted wound that a calendar reminder prevents.
Recording a Result
Each result belongs to one goat in one class:

First out of fourteen and first out of two are the same placing and completely different achievements. A year later you won't remember which it was, and neither will a buyer reading the record.
Show History
View results by goat, by show, or across a season. Each goat's 🏆 Shows profile tab carries their full record alongside their production and pedigree — which is the whole argument for an animal when someone's deciding whether to buy her.
Championship legs total automatically from the results you enter, so progress toward a championship is visible without adding it up yourself. See Championships & Legs.
