Linking Income to Animals
Sales can be tied to the specific goat sold. That's what lets the app answer the question most farms can't: what did this animal actually earn?
Combined with expenses allocated to that goat, you get realized profit and loss per animal — and across a kid crop, a genuine read on which pairings paid.
When you sell or transfer a goat, the sale price recorded there feeds income automatically. No double entry.
Recurring Income
Regular income — a monthly milk contract, a boarding arrangement — can be set to recur so you're not re-entering the same figure.
Stud fees, a few dozen eggs' worth of soap, a weekend of boarding. Individually they feel too small to bother with; across a year they're often the difference between a farm that looks unprofitable and one that doesn't.
