Logging an Interaction
From a contact's profile, tap Add Interaction to log a phone call, email, farm visit, sale inquiry, show meeting, or any other touchpoint. Add the date, type, and notes about what was discussed.
Why Log Interactions
When a buyer calls back months later asking about kids, you'll have the full history of your conversations. This is especially valuable during busy kidding or sale seasons when you're talking to many people.
