Billing & Payment Questions
What payment methods are accepted? All major credit and debit cards through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover).
How do I update my payment method? Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Billing. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can update your card.
Can I switch between monthly and annual? Yes. Go to Settings → Subscription to change your plan. When switching to annual, you'll receive credit for any remaining time on your monthly plan.
How do I cancel? Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Will I lose my data if I cancel? No. All your data is preserved. You simply revert to the free plan limit of 10 active goats.
