Sync Troubleshooting

My data isn't syncing:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Tap the ☁️ Sync button in the header to force a manual sync
  3. Make sure you're signed in (check Settings)
  4. Try refreshing the page

I see old data on my second device: Sync on your first device first, then refresh or sync on your second device. Cloud sync is not real-time between devices — it happens when you trigger it.

I made changes on two devices while offline: When both devices sync, the most recent change wins for each record. To minimize conflicts, sync frequently and avoid editing the same goat on multiple devices simultaneously.

Sync seems stuck: Try signing out and signing back in, then syncing again. If the issue persists, check your browser's console for error messages and contact support.
